Owners Overseas Ltd, and the owner(s) of the properties and providers of services featured, give notice that:
1. Any details given do not constitute, or constitute part of, an offer or contract.
2. All statements contained herein as to the various properties, their construction, and their internal and external specifications are made without responsibility on the part of Owners Overseas Ltd, or their representatives .
3. Any intending purchaser must satisfy himself/herself by inspection or otherwise as to the correctness of each of the statements contained herein.
4. Owners Overseas Ltd.do not make or give, nor does any person in their employment, make or give, any representation or warranty in relation to any of the properties featured herein.
5. All properties are offered subject to being unsold.
6. All prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without notice.
7. No liability can be accepted for all or any costs incurred with respect to ‘wasted’ journeys before, during, or after purchase.
8. Owners Overseas Ltd may display, or third parties may display, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. No control over such sites and resources and, therefore, does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
9. Owners Overseas Ltd operates as an introducing agent to assist interested persons in finding and purchasing properties and businesses in Spain, Bulgaria and Cyprus. Owners Overseas Ltd is not liable for any loss which such persons may incur for any reason whatsoever resulting from their interest in purchasing, attempted purchase, or actual purchase of a property or a business in Spain, Bulgaria or Cyprus.
10. Land, property and room sizes given in the Owners Overseas Ltd brochure are subject to survey. It remains the responsibility of the purchasers to satisfy themselves as to the correctness of such information.
11. Whilst every effort is made by Owners Overseas Ltd to give accurate information to purchasers of ‘off-plan’ properties as to the building completion time of such properties, it must be clearly understood that purchasers’ contracts are with the relevant construction companies and not with Owners Overseas Ltd. It is possible that delays may occur. In which case Owners Overseas Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any such delays.
12. Owners Overseas Ltd, and its associates and their content providers, do not represent or make any warranty in respect of the accuracy, reliability of any of the information, content, software or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on their website.
13. It is strongly recommended that, when visiting a country outside the U.K., suitable comprehensive insurance cover is obtained.Owners Overseas Ltd do not.accept any liability whatsoever for any claim resulting from ,or as a result of,any viewing trips. |
